Can I Pick Up My Order Myself?

Here you get all the details for arranging your own pickup from Trackunit’s distribution partners.

Trackunit supports customer-arranged pickups if you prefer to use your own transportation service.

Here's how it works:

  1. Tell us at the time of ordering that you wish to arrange your own pickup.

  2. When your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with:

    • Pickup address

    • Shipment weight and dimensions

    • Required documents (e.g. invoice, safety data sheets)

  3. You must arrange collection within 48 hours of that notification.

  4. If you’re using a freight forwarder or carrier, ensure they have all relevant shipment details.
