Trackunit supports customer-arranged pickups if you prefer to use your own transportation service.
Here's how it works:
Tell us at the time of ordering that you wish to arrange your own pickup.
When your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with:
Pickup address
Shipment weight and dimensions
Required documents (e.g. invoice, safety data sheets)
You must arrange collection within 48 hours of that notification.
If you’re using a freight forwarder or carrier, ensure they have all relevant shipment details.
