Trackunit supports customer-arranged pickups if you prefer to use your own transportation service.
Here's how it works:
- Tell us at the time of ordering that you wish to arrange your own pickup. 
- When your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with: - Pickup address 
- Shipment weight and dimensions 
- Required documents (e.g. invoice, safety data sheets) 
 
- You must arrange collection within 48 hours of that notification. 
- If you’re using a freight forwarder or carrier, ensure they have all relevant shipment details.
