Updated over a week ago

This article includes Trackunit’s compliance declarations under NDAA Section 889(a)(1)(A) and (B), covering both hardware products and internal use of telecommunications equipment and services.

The (A) declaration confirms that Trackunit devices, including RAW (TU700 platform), GW200 (BEAM), KIN T200, PASS (K300), and SPOT S300, do not contain or rely on prohibited telecommunications equipment.

The (B) declaration confirms that Trackunit does not use such equipment within its internal systems, infrastructure, or operations, based on a reasonable inquiry across IT and supply chain partners.

Together, these declarations support customers in regulated environments by demonstrating alignment with U.S. federal procurement requirements.
