Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a structured process designed to ensure accuracy, timely handling, and smooth delivery. Here's what happens behind the scenes:

Order Lifecycle at Trackunit

  1. Order Finalization
    Your order is reviewed and confirmed in our system.

  2. Internal Processing
    Our supply chain team begins processing your order, routing it to the right fulfillment partner:

    • EMEA/APJ orders: Sent to our production partner Kitron

    • North American orders: Handled by our 3PL warehouse

  3. Supplier Confirmation
    Vendors confirm delivery timelines based on product availability and requested dates.

  4. Customer Confirmation
    You receive an official order confirmation (typically within 48 hours of order closure).

  5. Shipping or Pick-Up
    Your order is shipped or made available for pickup per the agreed method and timeline.

Note: Once an order is confirmed, changes are limited. For modifications, a new order may be required.
