Order Lifecycle at Trackunit
- Order Finalization 
 Your order is reviewed and confirmed in our system.
- Internal Processing 
 Our supply chain team begins processing your order, routing it to the right fulfillment partner:- EMEA/APJ orders: Sent to our production partner Kitron 
- North American orders: Handled by our 3PL warehouse 
 
- Supplier Confirmation 
 Vendors confirm delivery timelines based on product availability and requested dates.
- Customer Confirmation 
 You receive an official order confirmation (typically within 48 hours of order closure).
- Shipping or Pick-Up 
 Your order is shipped or made available for pickup per the agreed method and timeline.
Note: Once an order is confirmed, changes are limited. For modifications, a new order may be required.
