How to Expedite or Change an Existing Order

Here you get instructions for changing or accelerating your Trackunit order after it has been confirmed.

Trackunit understands that delivery needs can change. If you need to adjust an order (e.g., quantities, items, delivery dates) after you’ve received your order confirmation, we’ll do our best to support you.


Here’s how to request an order change or expedited delivery:

  1. Check urgency: Please ensure the request is essential, as changes can affect fulfillment timelines.

  2. Contact your Trackunit representative with:

    • Order number

    • Requested change (e.g. earlier delivery date, item swap)

    • Reason for the update

  3. Our supply chain team will check feasibility with our manufacturing or logistics partners.

  4. You’ll receive confirmation of whether the change is possible, along with a new estimated delivery date if applicable.

Note: Changes after order confirmation involve manual handling and may affect scheduling. We recommend verifying all order details before placing it.
