After your order is placed, Trackunit will typically send an official order confirmation within 48 business hours. This ensures that all order details (products, delivery, billing) have been validated and approved internally.

What to Expect

  • Order confirmation is sent within 2 business days of order closure.

  • Timing depends on all details being accurate and complete at time of order.

If You Haven’t Received Confirmation

  1. Wait 2 business days after placing your order

  2. If you still haven’t received confirmation, contact your Trackunit representative

  3. Provide your order number and the date you placed it
